Nicole Johnson, MBA, LEED AP, joins Envision as its Director of Cost Management.  As such, she leads the Cost Estimating and Document Control Departments, and participates in the overall management of the firm’s business operations.  She is based out of the Philadelphia Office.

With 19 years of relevant experience, Nicole is an accomplished Project Controls Engineer and Project Manager.  Her areas of expertise include: project management; construction estimating; procurement; technical analysis; contract negotiations; and dispute resolution.  She has worked with such clients as: Amtrak, SEPTA, MTA/LIRR, University of Pennsylvania, School District of Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Zoo, and many others.  Prior to coming to Envision, Nicole worked for a major construction management firm.

Nicole earned a MBA, with a focus on Production and Operations Management, from Drexel University, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University.  She is LEED AP certified. Nicole is a member of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council, WTS Philadelphia, and the Construction Management Association of America.
