September 2018 – Congratulations to Envision’s Director of Cost Management, Nicole Johnson, MBA, LEED AP, on successfully becoming a Certified Estimating Professional (CEP).  

This designation is accredited by the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI).

Nicole is an active member of AACEI, and several other professional organizations.

With more than 20 years of experience, Nicole earned a MBA (Production and Operations Management) from Drexel University, and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University.  Her areas of expertise include: project management, construction estimating, procurement, contract negotiations, technical analysis, conceptual cost estimates, CSI format cost estimates, order-of-magnitude cost estimates, engineer estimates (30, 60, 90 & 100%), vendor quotes, and change order management.
