Project Overview

Philadelphia International Airport was one of 16 airports selected to undergo baggage facility modifications to improve screening and safety in 2009. Today, the airport’s new electronic baggage screening includes high-tech, integrated checked baggage inspection, in-line explosive detection and high-speed baggage handling. Envision provided CPM scheduling services, including development of the baseline schedule, performance of monthly progress updates, and evaluation of a time impact analysis for potential delays during the project.
