Project Overview

The 75-year-old Easton-Phillipsburg Toll Bridge underwent upgrades and repairs under a two-year, multi-faceted rehabilitation program. Work included upgrades to the 540-foot Petit through-truss bridge, as well as approaches in both PA and NJ, and a five-lane westbound toll plaza.

Envision provided CPM scheduling services and comprehensive public outreach support.  Responsibilities entailed agency and stakeholder coordination, database development and maintenance, graphic materials, and coordination of public information meetings.  Envision also managed the project’s social media, to keep the public informed of construction activities and traffic impacts.
