Project Overview

The Amtrak Program Management Plan is for the renovation of the 529 stations throughout the continental United States to upgrade these train stations to meet the requirements set forth in American Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. This project has an estimated duration of six years with a cost of $1.5 billion.

Envision prepared schedules and supported the development and maintenance of the Master CPM Schedule. For many projects the schedule was cost loaded with Primavera P6 client server environment. The Master CPM Schedule included the construction sequence of each station based on plans and specifications, including temporary construction to support the ADA enhancements. Thus far, Envision has worked on more than 30 stations nationwide.
