Amtrak, Stations & Facilities State of Good Repair Assessments
Amtrak’s Facilities Standards Policies require that each of its facilities be inspected every five years to assess the integrity and State of Good Repair (SOGR) of the building envelope and systems. These assessments also verify compliance with current codes, and include Amtrak buildings, sheds, canopies, platforms, and other work areas that support railroad operations. Envision performed cost estimating services for the Amtrak Southern Division Station Assessment project. Individually prioritized CSI estimates were prepared for 30 stations and yards.
