Project Overview

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission is reconstructing and widening six miles of highway in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.  The $4.5 million project includes full-depth reconstruction, widening of the roadway from two to three lanes in each direction, reconstruction of four mainline bridges, and new drainage, sound barriers, lighting, and signage. Envision is providing CPM Scheduling services, including the Contractor’s detailed schedule, monthly updates, and a Time Impact Analysis to identify and mitigate potential delays.
