Delaware River Port Authority, Glassboro-Camden Line Environmental Impact Statement

Project Overview

The Port Authority Transit Corporation (PATCO), a subsidiary of the Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA), is exploring the need to expand its rapid transit service to Gloucester, Camden, Cumberland, and portions of Atlantic and Salem counties in southern New Jersey.  PATCO has completed feasibility and alternatives analysis studies, and the expansion continued on with the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).

Envision provided Public Involvement services for the EIS, and was responsible for developing a comprehensive Public Involvement Plan that met FTA, NEPA, and DRPA guidelines.  Envision also developed a brand positioning strategy for the EIS, created and managed related databases and a project website, coordinated media strategies, oversaw public outreach, and managed the receipt and dissemination of information.
