Project Overview

Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) recently completed a $5 billion Capital Improvement Program, initiated to bring its physical assets into a state of good repair.  WMATA’s physical assets include vehicles, fleet maintenance facilities and equipment, operating systems, information technology, rail track, passenger facilities and support facilities.

Envision provided CPM scheduling and project controls services, including tracking project progress and managing project activities to meet scope, schedule, budget and regulatory parameters.
