Project Overview

Middlesex Water Company (MWC) provides technical water and wastewater solutions to the New Jersey and Delaware region. With approximately 22 gallons of distribution storage, MWC requires infrastructure such as steel reservoirs and booster stations to keep up with their client’s demand.

This project required the package boost pumping station replacement of existing pumps for Middlesex County. Specifically at MWC’s Tingley Lane Booster Station which is used to facilitate purchased water from the NJA-ET system.

Envision developed the Master Baseline CPM Schedule and provided monthly updates for the duration of the project. Envision also evaluated time impact analysis for potential delays.
