Project Overview

To continue providing high-quality water to the Garden State’s residents, the New Jersey American Water set out to improve its raw water pumping facilities. Work included replacement of pumps and motors, new roof-mounted transformers, new switchgear and variable frequency drives, a PLC and SCADA system and necessary controls, replacement of an existing control room, and associated plumbing and HVAC work.

Envision developed the Master Baseline CPM schedule, provided monthly progress updates, and evaluated the Time Impact Analysis to identify and mitigate potential delays.
