Campbell to Present at PMI Conference May 7, 2012

On May 7th, Jake Campbell, VP of Training & Technology Services, will be speaking at the 9th Annual PMI Scheduling Community of Practice Conference.  Along with Pradip Mehta, PMP, CCE, PSP, EVP, RMP (AECOM Corporation) and Doug Jones, PE (NJ Transit), Mr. Campbell will be presenting: Enterprise 600 – Implementation of Web Based Collaborative System on a Transportation Program.  This presentation will focus on the Configuration and Implementation of a Web-Based Collaborative system for managing construction of a Multi-Billion dollar Transportation Program. This web-based system provides live access to pertinent project information and performance indicators to all key project stakeholders including the Owner, Construction Manager, Designer and Contractors. They will describe implementation aspects and different modules of this system including; Scheduling, Cost Controls, Document Controls, Change Management, and Risk Analysis.  For more information about the conference, click here.
