Topic:  Oracle® Primavera P6 Rel 8 - Exploring the Newly Enhanced Risk Features

Summary:
The Risk functionality within Oracle® Primavera P6 Enterprise Portfolio Project Management Release 8 has been enhanced to provide users with the ability to document potential risk to their schedules and develop response plans to mitigate those risks.  Attendees will learn how to identify and assign risks to specific activities and define pre-mitigation parameters to calculate the potential impact of a risk.  Attendees will also learn how to develop and document a response plan and define post-mitigation parameters to evaluate the effectiveness of the response.  Both pre-mitigation and post-mitigation parameters are defined using standard risk analysis processes and terminology.  The enhancement of the P6 Risk functionality will allow users to more effectively monitor potential issues associated with their projects.
