TEAMology Panel Discussion

Victoria Malaszecki, President of Envision Consultants, Ltd. will be participating on the WTS TEAMology Panel on March 5, 2012.  This is an event that the WTS Philadelphia Chapter’s Diversity Committee organized. 

TEAM ol∙o∙gy (teem ol-uh-jee):

NOUN
1. The science or branch of knowledge studying or organizing a number of persons or firms forming one of the sides in a proposal.
2. The study of a group of persons or firms associated in some joint action on a project.
3. Elements related to the art of constructing a diversity‐rich and winning team.
4. The interest of an agency or key client in the science of group organization and dynamics for the undertaking of a project, task, or on‐site consulting service.

The panel discussion will include a wide array of topics, ranging from; what’s new in compliance regulations from the OEO, FTA, and FAA perspectives to what elements create the best team advantage.

The City of Philadelphia’s Deputy Mayor for Transportation and Utilities, Rina Cutler, will moderate this event.  Panelists will include (in alphabetical order):
