Project Overview

Envision Consultants, Ltd. was selected by the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) to supplement the Department's staff in support of the Office of Construction, Regional Construction Groups and Project Field Office personnel. Envision is a subconsultant to Trauner Consulting Services.  This is an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID / IQ)  Task Order Contract.  Tasks under this contract include assistance with developing policies, procedures, standards, specifications, and guidance for the implementation of Primavera System's CPM scheduling and project management software (Primavera P6) for use in managing NYSDOT construction contracts.

Envision is tasked with the development of standardized scheduling methodologies to simplify and ensure consistency in the review and analysis of progress schedule submissions, customization of CPM schedules,  output data and reports for individual projects.  The standardization of the review and analysis of Contractor's CPM progress schedules for conformance to contract documents on various highway and bridge construction and rehabilitation projects statewide. Along with these services, Envision also participates in monthly project schedule meetings held at various field sites to monitor and verify that the progress being reported by the contractors is complete and accurate.
