Steve Moore, PE, joins Envision as a Senior Vice President.  He is responsible for managing the Philadelphia office, building new client relationships, and strengthening existing ones.  Steve also serves as a Task Manager on the firm’s contract with the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).

With more than 29 years of public and private sector experience, Steve’s areas of expertise include: DOT programs; capital plan development; federal and local funding; process streamlining; government and media relations; community involvement; the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA); and the planning, design, and construction phases of major transportation project developments.  He has worked on numerous multi-disciplined efforts related to the successful development and implementation of rail, aviation, highway, bridge, and water resource projects. Steve is adept at inter-agency coordination and has worked nationally with state DOTs, turnpike authorities, the FAA, FHWA, FTA, FRA, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and other federal, state, regional, and local agencies.

Steve earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Florida Atlantic University.  He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University. He is a Professional Engineer registered in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Florida, Maine, and North Carolina.  Steve serves as the Chair for ACEC/PA’s Statewide Transportation Committee and on the Executive Board of the PenJerDel Council. In addition, he is a board member of the Transportation Management Association of Chester County.
