Introduction to P6 Project Management with Resources

This course focuses on the basic elements needed to develop and manage a CPM schedule that will satisfy the schedule requirements of various public agencies. Introduction to P6 Project Management with Resources is developed by our Senior Schedulers. Topics include project default settings, creations of activities and relationships, assigning labor and lump sum resources, progressing a schedule, and review and impact of settings for importing and exporting.
