Introduction to P6 Project Management

This course focuses on the basic elements needed to develop and manage a CPM schedule that will satisfy the schedule requirements of various public agencies. It is developed and updated by Envision’s Senior Schedulers. Topics include project default settings, creations of activities and relationships, progressing a schedule, and review and impact of settings for importing and exporting.
