Introduction to P6 Resource Management

This course is developed by our firm’s Senior Schedulers to focus on the basic elements needed to develop and manage a resource pool in P6, as well as impact of schedule settings on resource calculations, analysis of resource usage on projects, and resolution of various scheduling issues related to resources.
