Catherine H. Emma, PHR, SHRM-CP, is Vice President of Human Resources at Envision Consultants, Ltd. She is a global human resources executive with more than 30 years of experience in multi-state and international employment laws, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and corporate risk management.

Ms. Emma is skilled in the application of employment laws, both in the U.S. and abroad. She also has extensive experience in merger and acquisition due diligence, and has counseled top executives during rapid company expansions. Her unmatched interpersonal and communication skills have been integral to unifying employees in nearly two dozen acquisitions and mergers in 11 different countries.

Ms. Emma earned her Associates of Business Administration from Burlington County College. She is a certified Human Resources Professional, and is active in industry organizations including the Tri-State Human Resources Management Association and the Society for Human Resource Management. She also is a member of the advisory board of the Burlington County Institute of Technology.
