City of Philadelphia, Division of Aviation, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (MEP) On-Call Task Orders, Philadelphia International Airport and Philadelphia Northeast Airport

Project Overview
This On-Call Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (MEP) Services contract was to manage the projects of the Capital Improvement Program at the Philadelphia International Airport and Philadelphia Northeast Airport.
The assignments included design and/or construction engineering services for an airport maintenance facility, airfield signage and refurbishment/replacement of passenger loading bridges. Other services included participating in preconstruction and progress meetings, coordinating with the DOA Project Manager, DOA security and other DOA contracts, providing the DOA Project Manager with daily verbal and written progress reports, reviewing design documents and providing comments, participating in site inspections, providing cost estimating services for Terminal F and litigation support for Terminal D/E.
Envision served as a sub-consultant on the following MEP On-Call Task Orders:
• Task Order No. 1 – Terminal D/E, Litigation Support
(1/2017 – 3/2017). Fee: $22.6K
The On-Call Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services contract was to provide litigation support to the airport for issues related to the Terminal D/E project. The task included reviewing documents related to the matter, responding to attorney request for information, preparing discovery questions for the assigned attorneys, and possible testimony as well as other related activities to support the litigation.
• Task Order No. 2 – Various MEP Projects,
Project Management Support Services
(1/2017 – 3/2017). Fee: $330.3K
The On-Call Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services contract was to provide project management support services for an Airport Maintenance Facility, PNE Airfield Signage, refurbishment of Passenger Loading Bridges and the replacement of Passenger Loading Bridges at Philadelphia International Airport. Other services included participating in preconstruction and progress meetings, coordinating with the DOA Project Manager, DOA security and other DOA contracts, providing the DOA Project Manager with daily verbal and written progress reports, reviewing design documents and providing comments, participating in site inspections, and other associated duties.
• Task Order No. 3 – Terminal F, Cost Estimating
(2/2018 – 12/2018). Fee: $3.0K
The On-Call Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services contract was to provide cost estimating services for Terminal F at the Philadelphia International Airport.
