Project Overview

As part of ECMS E04848, a non-project specific, open-end contract to assist PennDOT in project management oversight of Multimodal Transportation rail and transit capital projects, the Envision team is supporting project management and administration, construction quality management, design management and oversight, value engineering, and scheduling services for PennDOT’s Rail, Freight, Ports, & Waterways Project.

To date, Envision has provided construction management and design support services to multiple PennDOT Bureau of Public Transportation (BPT) assets including:

• Westmoreland Bus Storage Facility
• LCTA Bus Garage
• Dubois Bus Maintenance Facility
• Hazelton Bus Storage Facility
• Amtrak 2nd Pennsylvanian Service Expansion
