Adam Baginski, PE, PMP is Vice President of Rail and Transit Services at Envision Consultants, Ltd. He has more than 16 years of hands-on experience in the planning, engineering design review, project management, and project management oversight of major rail infrastructure projects including highly complex track, structures, communications, and signaling work throughout the United States.
A subject matter expert in the fields of Rail and Transit engineering, operations, construction, and management, Mr. Baginski specializes in managing both work planning and processes, developing and managing prudent capital budgets, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations across multiple agencies and locations. As Envision’s Rail and Transit Lead and Program Manager for the firm’s prime Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Project Management Oversight (PMO) Contract, Mr. Baginski surrounds himself with a team of industry experts that works collaboratively to quickly identify issues and can advise resolutions that provide value while maintaining best practices.
Mr. Baginski is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) and, notably, a formerly certified Locomotive Engineer and Train Conductor. He has an M.S. in Transportation Management from the University of Denver Transportation & Supply Chain Institute and a B. Eng. in Civil Engineering from McGill University. He also has a Railway Management certificate from Michigan State University and is a member of the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance of Way Association (AREMA).
