March of Dimes

March 2019 & March 2020 – Envision proudly supported the March of Dimes Transportation, Building and Construction Awards Luncheon (TB&C) as a Diamond Sponsor in 2019 and a Silver Sponsor in 2020.

March of Dimes ultimately leads the fight for the health of all moms and babies and believe that every baby deserves the best possible start. Unfortunately, not all babies get one and the March of Dimes is fighting to
change that. For 80 years, the March of Dimes has helped millions of babies survive and thrive. Today the March of Dimes is building on that legacy to level the playing field for all moms and babies, no matter their
age, socio-economic background or demographics. March of Dimes supports moms throughout their pregnancy, even when everything does not go according to plan. What began with President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s
personal struggle with polio, led to the creation of the National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis, better known as March of Dimes. The March of Dimes pioneered the vaccine research leading to the eradication of polio
in the U.S., and then shifted focus to address some of the biggest health threats to moms and babies with innovations like folic acid, newborn screening and surfactant therapy.

Envision was proud to support the March of Dime’s efforts this year by sponsoring the TB&C Awards Luncheon at the Diamond level and by actively participating in the “Fund the Mission” during the TB&C Awards
Luncheon fundraiser.  The TB&C Awards Luncheon brings together executives, businesses and the local community to recognize those individuals and projects in the fields of transportation, building and construction
that have an impact on the city of Philadelphia and the South Jersey area. The luncheon brought over 220 companies and 1,100 individuals together for networking and raising important funds of more than $600,000
for the March of Dimes. If you are interested in supporting the March of Dimes, please visit www.marchofdimes.org, or you can visit their donation page here.

Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF)

September 2019 – Envision is partnering with the Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation to support changing the lives of children with cancer by funding impactful research, raising awareness, supporting families and
empowering everyone to help cure childhood cancer.

ALSF shares the vision of its founder and creator, Alexandra “Alex” Scott — a cure for all children with cancer.

ALSF started with one lemonade stand, hosted by founder Alexandra “Alex” Scott in her front yard that $2,000. Alex was just 4 years old, and was battling neuroblastoma at the time, and wanted to raise money to
find cures for all children battling cancer. Since that first stand, ALSF has funded nearly 1,000 cutting-edge research projects at 135 institutions in the U.S. and Canada. ALSF also has supported families through
much-needed programs including “Travel For Care,” which helps make cutting-edge treatments accessible to children.

Every day, 700 children worldwide are diagnosed with childhood cancer. Yet, childhood cancer research receives only 4-percent of the National Cancer Institute’s annual budget. It is up to all of us to fund
research and find cures, so that someday these children are cured.

Envision is proud to support ALSF by creating a fundraising page, holding a designated “Lemonade Day” in our offices, and by registering for The Million Mile 2019 (September 1-30, 2019) to run, walk,
and bicycle this September during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Every mile logged generates funding for research and potential cures for children with cancer. If you are also interested in
supporting ALSF, please consider making a donation to Envision’s fundraising page or by participating in ALSF’s many different programs by visiting www.alexslemonade.org.
