Trevor Malaszecki is Vice President, Operations at Envision Consultants, Ltd., where he oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations. His responsibilities encompass project accounting, finance, and marketing functions in support of both ongoing projects and long-term strategic partnership goals. As a key member of Envision’s management team, Mr. Malaszecki contributes to organizational decision-making that drives business growth and sustained success. He leads a multidisciplinary team of finance, accounting, marketing, and data analytics professionals who ensure the efficiency of the firm’s daily operations.
In addition, Mr. Malaszecki serves as the administrator of Envision’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, Deltek Costpoint, where his team manages quality control and the maintenance of employee, project, and financial accounting data. Mr. Malaszecki holds a Bachelor of Science in Business (B.S.B.) in Operations Management with a minor in Accounting and was a member of the School of Business Administration Honors Program at Widener University.
