Victoria Malaszecki, MBA, is the President & CEO of Envision Consultants, Ltd. (Envision).

With nearly 30 years of relevant management experience, Vicki is involved regionally and nationally in providing educational seminars to small, disadvantaged, and women-owned businesses, sharing her experiences and lessons learned as an owner. She successfully acts as a liaison to enhance diversity in the transportation, design, and construction management industries.

Vicki is very much a WORKING PRINCIPAL. She oversees the daily operations of the firm, and has successfully expanded the business via various service lines in program and construction management. Vicki leads Envision’s Public Outreach Department and is responsible for public relations, information sharing, stakeholder engagement, public participation, public information, project principal assistance, website development and management, development of project material content, coordination of public meetings, and media management. She is also responsible for the creation and execution of formal public outreach plans. In addition, Vicki directs the firm’s Information Technology and Training Department. Envision is an Oracle® Gold Partner. She provides oversight, project management, planning, installation, and implementation assistance for state-of-the-art construction management software, networks, client interfaces, and web servers.

Vicki holds a MBA from LaSalle University and a B.S. from Thomas Jefferson University. She chairs the March of Dimes’ Annual Transportation Building and Construction Awards Luncheon for the Delaware Valley (PA, NJ, DE). She is the Immediate Past President of the Construction Management Association of America’s (CMAA) Mid-Atlantic Chapter, and is a member of COMTO and the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS).

Vicki is a committed weekend kayaker. She has earned her stripes, and lost many a flip-flop, wading through the bay’s thick muck – and she is proud of every wave paddled.
