Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Race Street Connector Project

Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Race Street Connector Project

Project Overview

PennDOT’s Race Street Connector Improvement project involved the construction of approximately 900 feet of streetscape and beautification improvements along the north side of Race Street between 2nd Street and Columbus Boulevard. The project included a revision to the I-95 on-ramp from Race Street to accommodate pedestrians, ADA-compliant crossings, utility and drainage improvements, lighting and signage. Envision developed the Master Baseline CPM Schedule for this project, provided monthly updates, and evaluated the Time Impact Analysis to identify and mitigate potential delays.
