March 20, 2025

March 20, 2025 – Envision Consultants, Ltd. (Envision) is proud to announce its sponsorship of the Center City Business Association’s (CCBA) prestigious Women Changing the City Event Series. As a certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Envision continues to foster opportunities for women in business and leadership.

The Women Changing the City Event Series is a powerful collection of events showcasing accomplished women who lead with strength, vision, and creativity. These women share their personal stories of leadership, challenges, and triumphs, motivating others to drive positive change in their communities and industries. The event was moderated by Rachel Pritzker, CEO & Founder of the Pritzker Law Group, and featured a panel of influential women on Philadelphia’s City Council who are actively shaping and transforming the city. Attendees were inspired by the personal stories and leadership strategies shared by these trailblazing women, whose work has shaped the city and impacted countless lives. As part of the event, participants were able to hear firsthand how these leaders create and inspire change, not just in business but across communities, projects, and the city at large.

Victoria Malaszecki, MBA, PMP, President & CEO of Envision, expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to sponsor such an impactful event. “We are honored to be part of an event that uplifts the advancement of women throughout our region,” said Ms. Malaszecki. The stories shared today by the panelists inspire us all, and we are proud to support this incredible series.”

As the newest sponsor of the Women Changing the City Event Series, Ms. Malaszecki also introduced Rachel Kieser, Partner at Armanino, another sponsoring firm. During her remarks, Ms. Malaszecki reflected on Envision’s journey and success, sharing how she founded the firm over 30 years ago in her Northeast Philadelphia rowhome. “Along the way, we have provided a winning portfolio of services on some of the region’s most innovative and visible projects,” she said, citing work with major clients such as the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Department of General Services, Philadelphia International Airport, Philadelphia Water Department, SEPTA and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).

For Carol Martsolf, PE, PMP, ENV SP, CPTD, LEED AP, F. ASCE, Director of Engineering Services at Envision, this was her first time attending a CCBA event. Ms. Martsolf, who recently joined the firm, brought her experience as a current Council member in her local municipality of Lansdowne, PA. During the Q&A session, Ms. Martsolf shared her experiences as a civil servant and was moved by the response of her fellow panelists from the City of Philadelphia.

“With this being my first CCBA event, I noticed immediately that this group is connected to the inspiring leaders and decision-makers of Philadelphia, both in terms of the program and the attendees. The panel of women Philadelphia Council members was so enthusiastic about serving the community! I could really relate to them as I’m also in elected office in my hometown. My takeaway is serving the community, whether through the work that we do at Envision, or as an elected official, is one of the highest callings that we have. There are so many vulnerable community members that need us.” said Ms. Martsolf.

Envision’s sponsorship of the Women Changing the City Event Series aligns with the firm’s mission of deepening its connections with key decision-makers and leaders in the City of Philadelphia. The event also provided valuable networking and collaboration opportunities for the Envision team, along with other Philadelphia businesswomen and community leaders. Envision continues to champion the advancement of women in business, and through its sponsorship of this series, the firm reaffirms its commitment to shaping a more inclusive and innovative future for Philadelphia.
