December 31, 2024 – Thirty years ago, Envision Consultants, Ltd. (Envision) was just an idea being brainstormed in the kitchen of a Northeast Philadelphia rowhome. Fast forward three decades and Envision is a thriving small, woman-owned business with an exceptional reputation in the AEC industry for providing quality design and construction consulting services.

Over the years, Envision has grown from the kitchen to the basement and later established its current headquarters in Mullica Hill, NJ. The company most recently celebrated the significant expansion of its Philadelphia, PA office to support the city’s growing team, project wins and client base. Each move has been a reflection of the company’s achievements and momentous progression.

Envision’s journey from a subcontractor to a dependable, federally recognized prime contractor has been fueled by its commitment to its four core values: customer focus, quality decision-making, collaboration, and instilling trust. Along the way, Envision has provided an extensive catalog of services on some of the nation’s most innovative and visible projects.

This year has marked many achievements for the Envision team, including winning prime contract awards such as its third consecutive Project Management Oversight (PMO) Contract with the U.S. Department of Transportation’s (USDOT) Federal Transportation Administration (FTA) and a Scheduling Services On-Call Contract with the Lehigh County Authority. Envision has also executed prime contract extensions with the City of Philadelphia Managing Director’s Office for owner’s representative services on the Rebuilding Community Infrastructure (REBUILD) Program and Riverfront North Partnership’s Borski Park project. As a direct result, Envision climbed to #11 on the Philadelphia Business Journal’s list of Top Women-Owned Businesses.
