March 21, 2024 – Envision Consultants, Ltd. (Envision) is celebrating Women’s History Month by recognizing the recent accomplishments of President & CEO Victoria Malaszecki, MBA, PMP. Ms. Malaszecki is a trailblazing entrepreneur and industry professional with more than three decades of experience in leadership, management, and consulting.

Ms. Malaszecki co-founded Envision at her kitchen table 30 years ago. Since then, she has guided the firm to become one of the region’s most well-regarded woman-owned small business enterprises in the highly competitive Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry.

Most recently, Ms. Malaszecki completed the requirements, including a rigorous exam, to become a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Created by the Project Management Institute, the PMP certification recognizes project managers who have proven experience in leading and managing projects while determining the best methods for mitigating challenges and achieving project goals.

“Last year, I began my PMP certification journey to continue my education and to better understand what I am asking of our team members. It is a tangible validation of the expertise and level of service that I and everyone at Envision provides to our clients, and a testament to our corporate commitment to continually learn, improve, and grow,” Ms. Malaszecki said.

Ms. Malaszecki also has been appointed to the Construction Management Association of America’s (CMAA) Mid-Atlantic Chapter Past Presidents’ Board. Ms. Malaszecki, a former Vice President and President of the Chapter, has served on CMAA’s Diversity Committee at the national level.
