April 20, 2025 – Envision Consultants, Ltd. (Envision) was awarded an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract from the U.S. Federal Transit Administration (FTA) to provide Project Management Oversight (PMO) support services for major transit projects throughout the United States. The five-year contract is the third consecutive award as a Prime Contractor for Envision, who started out as a subcontractor in this program.

As one of 18 selected PMO Contractors, Envision will support the technically complex, high-volume, PMO program. Envision will oversee the administration of grants and loans to assist State and local public bodies (grantees/project sponsors) in financing the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, and capital improvements of transit facilities. The purpose of the PMO Program is to ensure project sponsors have the technical capacity, capability and appropriate plans to deliver the planned scope of major capital projects on schedule and within budget.
