May 29, 2025 – Envision Consultants, Ltd. (Envision) is honored to be named the 2025 Small Business of the Year by the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) Mid-Atlantic Chapter. This recognition represents a meaningful step forward in our ongoing pursuit of strategic growth, operational excellence, and lasting impact in the AEC industry.
Envision was founded in 1994 as a small, woman-owned business offering scheduling support services in the AEC industry. Headquartered in Mullica Hill, NJ, with an expanded presence in Center City Philadelphia, Envision now spearheads some of the nation’s most complex and large-scale infrastructure projects as a nationally recognized prime contractor. Over the years, Envision’s service lines have broadened to include Program/Construction Management (PMCM), Project Controls, Project Management Oversight, Public Involvement, and Training services.
The firm’s success, however, is a direct result of our talented and dedicated team. Our staff brings decades of collective industry experience, and their collaboration is the foundation of Envision. Our team, some of whom have been working together for over 15 years, is committed to Envision’s core competencies and brings institutional knowledge that is instrumental in the company’s continued success.

The Mid-Atlantic Chapter of CMAA comprises members from southern New Jersey, the Greater Philadelphia region and northern Delaware. Its geographic reach affects a population of over 6 million people and its members represent over 80 companies. Envision’s team is actively engaged in the CMAA Mid-Atlantic Chapter, demonstrating a deep commitment to the advancement of the Construction Management profession. Victoria Malaszecki, MBA, PMP, President & CEO of Envision, has served the chapter with distinction in multiple leadership roles, including President, Vice President, and Board Member. Mike Siciliano, Vice President of PMCM Services, is a dedicated CMAA member alongside Luigi Sebastiani, CCM, Senior Project Manager, who contributes to the organization as a committee member within the Chapter.
