Envision Consultants, Ltd. Promotes Trevor Malaszecki to Vice President, Operations

November 6, 2025

November 6, 2025 – Envision Consultants, Ltd. (Envision) is excited to announce the promotion of Trevor Malaszecki to Vice President, Operations. Known for his servant leadership and hands-on approach, Trevor has built a reputation as someone who leads by example and fosters a culture of trust and shared purpose. His promotion reflects not only his professional accomplishments but also the respect he’s earned across the firm for his integrity, initiative, and belief that success is achieved together.

Trevor began his career in construction while earning his Bachelor’s in Operations Management with a minor in Accounting from Widener University. Joining AECOM Tishman as a Construction Intern, he supported major projects such as Philadelphia North East International Airport’s (PNE) CHUBB Hangar, Verizon 900 Race Street Renovations, and the Philadelphia Family Court Building. Through these projects, and with the guidance of mentors Mike Siciliano and Kevin A’Hearn, Trevor developed a strong foundation in construction management, learning the intricacies of project delivery and coordination firsthand.

Building on his field experience, Trevor joined Envision as a Project Management Intern, putting his construction knowledge into practice. He steadily rose through the ranks, later serving as a Project Accountant and tackling one of the firm’s biggest operational hurdles to date: implementing Envision’s first Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Deltek Costpoint. Immersing himself in the process, he developed and configured the platform from the ground up. Through that experience, he gained a holistic understanding of how the field connects to broader business operations, a perspective that continues to define his leadership approach today.

As he transitioned into leadership, first as Director of Operations and now as Vice President, Trevor’s approach has remained grounded in the same principles that guided him on the field: discipline, teamwork, and accountability. A former collegiate football player, he brings a team-oriented mindset to every challenge, believing that success is built through collaboration and trust. Known for his steady presence, Trevor leads with humility. He listens first, acts decisively, and ensures his team has the support and clarity they need to succeed. His ability to unite people around a shared goal continues to distinguish him as a leader within Envision and the broader AEC industry.

“My Oskin Leadership Institute certification from Widener states my leadership philosophy: ‘First bring them all in, then move as one.’ It derives from my experiences of playing sports, the ‘team first’ approach of always moving in unison, no matter what you as an individual would prefer to do. The challenging part, which is often overlooked, is that it isn’t achievable without the right culture. It’s incumbent upon leaders to create a culture of transparency that incentivizes folks to go ‘all in.’ Give people the freedom to suggest new ideas, the space to develop organic relationships, and the opportunity they need to grow, and maybe then you’ll get the buy-in you need to truly thrive. I’ve played on some great teams, and some not-so-great teams, but the one thing all the great teams had in common was that they had a great culture. And I try to build that same culture at Envision today,” Trevor shared.

That philosophy also connects deeply to the legacy of Envision itself. Trevor quite literally grew up in the AEC world; what would become Envision began in the basement of his family’s home. His parents, Envision President & CEO Victoria Malaszecki and Executive Vice President Stephen Malaszecki, built the firm from humble beginnings through a shared belief in hard work and determination. Growing up surrounded by that work ethic instilled in Trevor a sense of integrity and purpose. He learned early on that if you take pride in what you do and care for the people around you, success naturally follows. Those lessons remain at the heart of how he leads today.

Now, as he steps into the role of Vice President, Trevor sees this milestone as an opportunity to carry forward the values that have always defined Envision while continuing to evolve and strengthen its future.

“As a Phi Delta Theta alumnus, there’s a quote by one of our founders, Robert Morrison, that perfectly captures how I feel about this role: ‘To do what ought to be done, but would not have been done unless I did it, I thought be my duty.’ I owe my parents a debt of gratitude that I could never truly repay, so I view this position, alongside my younger brother John [Malaszecki], as a duty to carry forward the legacy they built,” stated Trevor.

As Vice President, Operations, Trevor is focused on strengthening Envision’s operational excellence while fostering the next generation of leadership within the firm. His vision is rooted in growth, not only in projects and performance, but in people. With a deep respect for Envision’s history and a forward-looking mindset, Trevor embodies the company’s core belief that success is built on trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.

“I am incredibly humbled, honored and proud to accept this promotion to Vice President, Operations. Over the past few years as Director, I’ve had the privilege of building and leading an incredible group of people. Envision’s collective success is a direct result of our talented team’s unwavering commitment to excellence. Their dedication and drive have been key to what we’ve accomplished, and I’m excited to keep growing together in this next chapter.”
