June 30, 2026 – Envision Consultants, Ltd. (Envision) is proud to welcome seven new professionals to the firm: Sean Doerrman, Peter Tercha, Deanella Gonzalez, Roberto Mercado, Matthew McAnally, Connor Kavle, and Craig Flynn. Their combined experience across cost estimating, document control, project management, rail and transit, and project controls further strengthens Envision’s ability to support clients through every phase of project delivery.
Meet Our New Team Members:
Sean Doerrman, Cost Estimator II, brings a strong combination of preconstruction estimating and hands-on construction experience to Envision. In his previous role as SEPTA’s Senior Capital Projects Cost Estimator, Mr. Doerrman developed a proven track record of providing practical insight into cost development, constructability, and execution for large transportation and infrastructure programs.
Peter Tercha, Cost Estimator I, brings more than 11 years of experience in cost estimating, financial analysis, and project coordination. His background in project management and cost estimating on local programs gives him both the technical knowledge and broader project perspective to contribute to successful project delivery.
Deanella Gonzalez, Document Control Manager, brings more than 14 years of experience supporting transportation and construction projects. Her expertise includes document management systems, payroll administration, and safety compliance. Ms. Gonzalez has also supported major NJ Transit light rail initiatives, helping maintain compliance with FRA, DOT, and state safety regulations.
Roberto Mercado, Project Manager – Rail/Transit, brings more than 27 years of rail and transit industry experience, combining deep field knowledge with operational leadership. His progression from Track Inspector to Superintendent, and now Project Manager, provides a ground-up understanding of rail systems, from detailed inspections to broader strategy and execution.
Matthew McAnally, Project Manager, brings nearly 10 years of experience managing complex projects in active, high-pressure environments. His strong technical background in mission-critical MEP systems, combined with end-to-end project management expertise, gives him a comprehensive understanding of risk, cost, and schedule control.
Connor Kavle, Project Management Intern, returns to Envision with hands-on experience supporting construction management services for the City of Philadelphia. Currently pursuing a B.S. in Project Management at Arizona State University, Mr. Kavle brings a proactive work ethic and a strong interest in continued growth within the field.
Craig Flynn, Project Controls Intern, draws on his foundation in finance and real-world construction experience to support accurate cost tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring. Mr. Flynn holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Delaware, giving him a solid understanding of budgeting and cost tracking, which are essential components of effective project controls.
