April 24, 2024 – Envision Consultants, Ltd.’s (Envision) Program and Construction Management (PM/CM) Team has further expanded the firm’s growing portfolio with key project successes in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

“The firm’s successful growth into PM/CM services is a direct result of its stellar reputation as a reliable, results-oriented project consultant and subconsultant,” said Mike Siciliano, Vice President of PM/CM Services. Envision, a woman-owned small business enterprise, has provided a growing slate of AEC consulting services for the past three decades.

Highly positive reviews of Envision’s program management work on the innovative $400M Rebuilding Community Infrastructure (Rebuild) Program for the City of Philadelphia, awarded in 2021, helped to open the doors to proposing on other high-profile assignments, Siciliano said. The Rebuild capital project is improving pivotal, safe community spaces throughout the city, including neighborhood parks, recreation centers and libraries.

“We are the prime Owner’s Representative on Rebuild, and provide the city with ‘top-to-bottom’ subject-matter expertise,” Siciliano said.

Since starting the Rebuild project in 2021, Envision’s PM/CM team—and its project wins—have grown steadily. Envision is providing turn-key project management, construction management and related support services to Verizon, the second-largest wireless carrier in the U.S., for upgrades to its facilities in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Work at the various sites involves major renovations to mission-critical HVAC and electrical systems.

“Our growth with Verizon has been organic, and a result of our record of outstanding service to-date. We are now taking the lead as a prime consultant, providing program management and construction management services,” Siciliano said.

In Philadelphia, Envision is working with the Riverfront North Partnership, a non-profit agency, on the Robert A. Borski, Jr. Park. The 10-acre park, located in the city’s Bridesburg neighborhood, will be the centerpiece of an 11-mile network of parks and trails along the Delaware River from Port Richmond to Torresdale. Envision is providing project management and owner’s representative services for the project.

“The area had long contained industrial tracts that cut the community off from the waterfront,” Siciliano said “Two years ago, the park location was a trash-strewn lot.  When it’s completed, it will be a beautiful gateway to the city’s northern waterfront.”

Siciliano, who has 44 years of experience in developing public- and private-sector projects, joined Envision in 2020.

Envision’s Luigi Sebastiani, CCM, Senior Project Manager, credits the collaborative vision of Siciliano and Envision President and CEO Victoria Malaszecki, MBA, PMP, with the group’s burgeoning success.
