February 22, 2024 –During a time when many Philadelphia-area firms are still recovering from the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, Envision Consultants, Ltd. (Envision) has expanded its Philadelphia Office. Envision’s Philadelphia presence began with 1,200 square feet back in 2013, and has expanded to 6,000 square feet located in Suite 620, at 1600 John F. Kennedy Boulevard as of November 2023.
“The expansion is our commitment to the City of Philadelphia and to our clients. Our team is excited about the growth we are experiencing and this modern office space fosters collaboration in managing our diversified portfolio of projects. Collaboration is the cornerstone of our success,” said Victoria Malaszecki, MBA, Envision President and CEO.
Envision is a woman owned small business enterprise founded in 1994. Envision works alongside project owners, design professionals, contractors, and other stakeholders, providing a range of project, program and construction management support services.
Current Philadelphia-area projects include the expansive, multi-site Rebuilding Community Infrastructure (REBUILD) Program for the City of Philadelphia, Robert A. Borski, Jr. Park for the Riverfront North Partnership, the New Patient Tower (NPT) for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), and longstanding assignments at the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), including the award-winning Restrooms Renovation Program. Envision’s roster of area clients also includes Amtrak, Federal Transit Administration, PennDOT, the Philadelphia Water Department, the Pennsylvania Department of General Services, the Delaware River Port Authority, SEPTA, and Verizon, among others.
“As a native of Philadelphia, it is important to me for Envision to give back and support the city post pandemic. While other firms pivoted to an all-remote working environment, and remain in that same ‘holding pattern,’ we returned back to the office as soon as we could,” Malaszecki said. “We felt strongly that clients are depending on us to be here, and we are.”
The phrase “Philly Proud” isn’t just a marketing tagline, it is an office-wide philosophy.
“We are incredibly proud to be here, and to be part of the infrastructure improvements that are transforming this city into a world-class place to live, work and thrive,” said Adam Baginski, PE, PMP, Vice President Rail/Transit Services and Philadelphia Office Manager. “Envision,” Baginski added, “is a lot like Philly: strong, tenacious, hard-working and reliable, with a unique and highly committed team who works together to achieve great things.”
