July 3, 2024 – Envision Consultants, Ltd. celebrated its recent move to a larger office in midtown Philadelphia with an open house to welcome both its clients and employees to the new space. The event also feted Envision’s steadily growing presence in both the city and the AEC industry.

The move created a lot of excitement among employees and clients alike, said Adam Baginski, PE, PMP, Envision Vice President Rail/Transit Services and Philadelphia Office Manager.

“The office’s easy-to-navigate floorplan, balance of offices and open work space, and two technologically advanced conference rooms all make in-person and online collaboration among internal teams and with clients easier,” Baginski stated. Clients often use the bright and welcoming space as a business hub, he added.

“In the AEC industry, communication and inter-personal collaboration are vital,” said Victoria Malaszecki, MBA, PMP, Envision President and CEO. “It’s especially important for young professionals who are entering the industry to be able to regularly connect, in person, with those who have decades of experience, and the office space facilitates that.”

The new 6,000-square-foot space will help Envision meet the needs of its growing slate of Philadelphia-area clients while allowing for more growth in the future. Both Malaszecki and Baginski credit the firm’s longstanding reputation for providing quality, results-oriented project consulting services as a reason for the firm’s growth. As infrastructure work in the city increases, Envision will be there to help, they said.
