April 26, 2021 – Envision Consultants, Ltd. selected by the Pennsylvania Department of General Services to provide Statewide Collaborative Cost Estimating services.

Envision is honored to be selected by the Pennsylvania Department of General Services (PADGS) to provide statewide collaborative cost estimating services. Envision will assist in the implementation and execution of capital projects for the Commonwealth. Envision understands the importance of responding quickly and efficiently to the current needs of the Commonwealth. As a multi-disciplined team, Envision will be instrumental in providing statewide continuous estimating services on pilot program assignments, as well as construction management support services and project controls for numerous PADGS projects.

Envision has experience working in the Continuous Estimating, Big Room and Lean platforms. Envision also has extensive experience working with the PADGS, including provided cost estimating services for the $60M New State Archives Building in Harrisburg, PA and providing consulting services to implement Oracle® Primavera Contract Management (CM 13), Primavera P6 and Primavera P6 Web for the $160M Family Court Building project.
