January 2022 – Adam Baginski, PE has joined Envision Consultants, Ltd. (Envision) as its new Vice President of Rail & Transit.

Mr. Baginski has over 13 years of specialized Rail experience serving the Northeast and into the Mid-West including oversight of management teams and construction work forces, planning and construction of major rail infrastructure projects, engineering design review, and regulatory compliance. As Envision’s Vice President of Rail & Transit, Mr Baginski  plans, directs, coordinates, and budgets related to assigned Federal Government Oversight construction and renovation projects. Mr Baginski will also monitor and control projects through administrative direction of project team to ensure project activities are completed on schedule and within budget.

As a former Chief Engineer with Conrail, Mr. Baginski has directly managed work processes and planning, capital and expense budget development and compliance, employee development, standards and specifications, employee safety, and risk.

Mr. Baginski is a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) and a certified Locomotive Engineer & Train Conductor. Mr. Baginski earned his Master of Science (MS) Degree in Transportation Management from the University of Denver, and his Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from McGill University. He also completed the Michigan State University Railway Management Certificate Program.
