July 2018 – Edward McMahon, III, PE, has joined Envision Consultants, Ltd. (Envision) as its new Vice President of Construction Management & Inspection Services. 

As such, Ed is responsible for enhancing the firm’s CM/CI services. He will collaborate closely with Envision’s management team to cultivate new client relationships, recruit and train staff, and identify additional strategic growth opportunities.

Ed’s diverse career spans more than 32 years. He has worked on the design, inspection, and construction management of highway, bridge, and rail projects at the federal, state, and local levels. His expertise includes: preparation of studies, plans, and specifications; value engineering; cost estimating; constructability; and QA/QC reviews. He has managed inspection on new construction, restoration, and rehabilitation projects. He has experience in various project delivery methods, such as design/bid/build, design/build, and Public Private Partnerships (P3).

Ed is a licensed Professional Engineer registered in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware. He earned a B.S. from West Virginia University, and an A.A.S. from Rowan College at Gloucester County. He is a member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE).
