December 2020 – Mike Siciliano has joined Envision Consultants, Ltd. (Envision) as its new Vice President of PM/CM Services.

Mr. Siciliano has 40 years of experience developing a diverse, multi-billion-dollar portfolio in both the private and public sectors. Mr. Siciliano’s extensive, ground-up background in the construction industry and proven track record in both business development and operational management gives our firm an added dimension that complements and enhances our management support capabilities.

Mr. Siciliano managed major Commercial, Healthcare, Technology and Industrial projects from both the prime and subcontracting side of the construction industry. Mr. Siciliano’s client’s served include, but are not limited to, the following: The City of Philadelphia, The Pennsylvania Department of General Services, The School District of Philadelphia, Rutgers University, The University of Pennsylvania and Verizon. He is experienced in budget analysis, estimating, bidding and project management oversight, as well as the management of complex technological installations.

Beyond regional responsibilities, Mr. Siciliano has often served as the corporate executive for national design-build and public-private partnership (P3) collaborations. In addition, Mr. Siciliano is a member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and a member of the Philadelphia Building Trades.  He earned a B.S. in Political Science from St. Joseph’s University.
