Envision would like to welcome our newest team members to the firm Charles (Chuck) McCormick, Senior Cost Estimator, Jeric Lobete, Cost Estimator, Kelli Fleming, Document Control Manager, and Sean Kennedy, Project Manager.

Charles (Chuck) McCormick, Senior Cost Estimator, has 25 years of specialized experience in cost estimating, project management, construction management, cost analysis, procurement, scheduling, field service engineering and value engineering. His experience includes aviation, rail & transit, commercial, healthcare and industrial projects including multiple assignments at the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL).

Jeric Lobete, Cost Estimator, has 11 years of extensive engineering and construction experience including in the rail & transit, infrastructure, residential, commercial, warehousing, retail, hospitality, institutional buildings, and energy markets. Mr. Lobete’s strong numerical, analytical, technical and methodical aptitudes allow him to analyze, coordinate and synthesize data efficiently and effectively.

Kelli Fleming, Document Control Manager, has 15 years of experience as an Administrative Support Professional and 8 years of experience as a Project Administrator. Ms. Fleming’s experience includes storing, managing, and tracking project documents, adhering to document lifecycle procedures, contract management, and facilitating the controlled retrieval and distribution of project correspondence.

Sean Kennedy, Project Manager, has 10 years of project and construction management experience with various small and large-scale assignments including multi-million dollar commercial and residential construction projects. Mr. Kennedy’s experience encompasses project management, construction management, contract negotiations, project programming, permitting, scheduling, design coordination, construction phase supervision, management of multi-disciplinary teams and client relationship interaction.
