Envision Consultants, Ltd. (Envision) would like to welcome our newest team members to the firm Kevin A’Hearn Jr., Project Controls Manager, Allyse Andrews, Project Controls Intern, Chris Clarhaut, Construction Inspector, Rui DaSilva, Construction Inspector, Natalie Reed, Data Technician Intern and Cybil Seneker, Project Controls Intern.
Kevin A’Hearn Jr., Project Controls Manager
Mr. A’Hearn has over 18 years of experience in scheduling and project management serving as a Regional NJ/PA Scheduler. Mr. A’Hearn brings an expert level of CPM scheduling experience to project teams assisting in stakeholder coordination activities including the development and maintenance of construction project and proposal schedules. Mr. A’Hearn provides support to project teams via the development and updating of various types of project schedules, site staging and logistical plans, preliminary cash flows and presentation graphics. His responsibilities also include the development and generation of high-level graphic materials using various Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software packages. Mr. A’Hearn earned his B.S. in Construction Management from the Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2003.
Allyse Andrews, Project Controls Intern
Ms. Andrews is a Project Controls Intern working in our Philadelphia Office. Ms. Andrews is attending Temple University’s College of Engineering and is expected to graduate in December of 2021 with a BS in Engineering Technology. Ms. Andrews has experience in Engineering Graphics Design including drafting assembly drawings in AutoCAD, design process support and the engineering design process documentation. She also has experience with Truss Bridge Design where she, along with her team, designed a bridge in SolidWorks and simulated various loading conditions to optimize the design, fabricated bridge pieces from SolidWorks using a laser cutter, and collaborated with a team of engineering students. Ms. Andrews served as Telecommunications Chairperson and is currently Secretary for the National Society of Black Engineers and is also a Pennsylvania MESA Ambassador and Temple University Women’s Rowing Student Manager.
Chris Clarhaut, Construction Inspector
Mr. Clarhaut is a Construction Inspector with over 18 years of construction experience consisting of on-the-job knowledge and understanding as both a laborer and foreman responsible for performing and supervising ongoing construction projects. Mr. Clarhaut’s experience encompasses masonry, carpentry, window installations, drywall installation, drywall repairs, and painting. Mr. Clarhaut has prepared daily progress reports and grew his interpersonal skills by interacting with clients to ensure the work was meeting the customer’s expectations. Mr. Clarhaut recently served as Construction Inspector on Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s Downingtown Building Demolition in Downingtown, PA. Mr. Clarhaut was responsible for construction inspection services on the building demolition and miscellaneous construction projects in support of the new Downingtown train station on the Keystone Corridor. Mr. Clarhaut earned his B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology from Temple University in 2020.
Rui DaSilva, Construction Inspector
Mr. DaSilva is a Construction Inspector with over 11 years of experience whose areas of skill include examining new construction and renovation projects to verify structural integrity and compliance with specifications, codes, and regulations. Mr. DaSilva provided construction inspections to monitor Philadelphia International Airport’s (PHL) tenant construction program, where he prepared daily field reports, tracked incomplete work, and received submittals from Architects. Prior to his work at PHL, Mr. Dasilva was field engineer for the Philadelphia Youth Center. He also has experience managing project documentation for clients including weekly safety reports, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and CSKs. Mr. DaSilva has experience assisting Architects and Prime Consultants with research and resolving drawing interpretations, problems, or errors. Mr. DaSilva earned his B.S. in Engineering Technology from Temple University in 2009.
Natalie Reed, Data Technician Intern
Ms. Reed is a Data Technician Intern in our Mullica Hill, NJ office. Ms. Reed is attending West Chester University’s College of Sciences & Mathematics and College of Arts & Humanities in West Chester, PA. She is expecting to graduate in May of 2021 with a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in Government and Politics and a minor in Spanish. Ms. Reed graduated from Clearview Regional High School in Mullica Hill, NJ in 2017. With a background in Political Science, she aspires to work in the government sector. Currently Ms. Reed is a Student Advocate for the implementation of Swipe Out Hunger in West Chester, PA working with Aramark. She is also a former Strawberry Mansion Green Resource Center Student Volunteer.
Cybil Seneker, Project Controls Intern
Ms. Seneker is a Project Controls Intern working in our Philadelphia Office. Ms. Seneker is attending Temple University’s College of Engineering and is expected to graduate in May of 2021 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Ms. Seneker graduated from Holland Hall School in Tulsa, OK in 2017. Ms. Seneker has also served as Vice President of Temple University’s Formula Racing Team where she cataloged and updated the full Temple Formula Racing CAD library, redesigned mechanical shifting system to cable shifting, and lead multiple sub-systems on the team promoting teamwork and new design innovations. In 2018, Ms. Seneker studied Roll Hoop Design in Rome, Italy.
