Envision would like to welcome our newest team members to the firm: Alex Lagutin, Project Controls Engineer, Alex Reinsmith, Project Manager – Rail/Transit, Anthony Paolin, Project Controls Engineer, Ayesha Patel, Document Control Manager, Emil Klawitter, Project Manager, and Lisa Dochnahl, Project Administrator.

Alex Lagutin, Project Controls Engineer, is a recent Temple University graduate earning his B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology. Mr. Lagutin served as an Intern with Envision over the past year as part of our Rebuilding Community Infrastructure (Rebuild) team in support of the City of Philadelphia’s Managing Director’s Office. Mr. Lagutin specializes in construction management support, bidding, and administration of projects throughout Philadelphia. Mr. Lagutin earned his A.S. in Science from Bucks County Community College.

Alex Reinsmith, Project Manager – Rail/Transit, has over 7 years of rail and transit experience specializing in passenger and freight rail, project management, maintenance, and compliance in the communications & signals (C&S), bridges & buildings (B&B), and maintenance of way (MofW) Departments. As a former Engineering Department Supervisor at Conrail, Mr. Reinsmith was responsible for the implementation of upgrades/maintenance of existing infrastructure, mitigation, and the planning and oversight of major capital projects. Mr. Reinsmith earned his B.S. in Rail Transportation Engineering from Penn State University.

Anthony Paolin, Project Controls Engineer, is a recent Rowan University graduate earning his B.S. in Business Management. Mr. Paolin served as an Intern with Envision over the summer of 2023 responsible for accurately implementing scheduling information (activities, durations, and logic) to develop CPM schedules and regular updates for multiple clients including Amtrak, the Delaware River Port Authority, SEPTA, and the Philadelphia Water Department.

Ayesha Patel, Document Control Manager, has over 3 years of experience in various roles including as a Project Support Analyst and Assistant Project Manager. Ms. Patel’s experience is comprised of supporting construction teams in monitoring project updates, reporting, database management, safety protocols, and task order management. Ms. Patel earned her MBA from New York Institute of Technology, her MBA in International Business from Parul University, and her B.B.A. in Finance from Sardar Patel University. In addition, Ms. Patel is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Emil Klawitter, Project Manager, has over 40 years of extensive experience managing programs and projects as a Department of Navy Civilian Electrical Engineer including secure communications and networks that span platforms and facilities (NAVWAR), integral elements of the shore infrastructure (NAVFAC), and shipboard systems (NAVSEA) projects. As a former Naval Facilities Engineer of the Year, Mr. Klawitter ensured the cohesive and secure day-to-day operations of Naval and Joint projects. Mr. Klawitter earned his Master of Engineering from Widener University, and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University.

Lisa Dochnahl, MBA, Project Administrator, has over 7 years of professional experience in various positions including consulting and training coordination, quality assurance, administrative, and customer service roles. Ms. Dochnahl’s responsibilities included QA/QC of client project information, onboarding, client support, reporting, database management, accounting tasks and project proposals. Ms. Dochnahl is currently pursuing her MBA and earned her B.S. in Human Resource Administration from Holy Family University.
