Envision would like to welcome our newest team members to the firm Abdul Shaheen, Project Manager, Jason Thomas, Project Manager/Inspector, Joe Guaglianone, Scheduler, Tom Dutcher, Project Manager Rail/Transit.

Abdul Shaheen, Project Manager, has over 35 years of specialized experience in project management, project scheduling and project controls on assignments ranging from educational facilities, science labs, major exterior and interior modernizations, waterproofing and restoration of brown stone buildings, construction of bridges and culverts, and renovations/additions of residential buildings.

Jason Thomas, Project Manager / Inspector, has over 35 years of construction management, project management, mechanical inspection and general contracting experience. Notable projects include: SSA Mid-Atlantic Social Security Center, U.S. Custom House Envelope Restoration Project, Byrne Green Federal Building and multiple School District of Philadelphia projects.

Joe Guaglianone, Scheduler, has over 6 years of CPM scheduling experience working on projects such as Comcast Innovation Center, The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Free Library of Philadelphia and Jersey Shore University Medical Center’s Hope Tower.

Tom Dutcher, Project Manager Rail/Transit, has more than 12 years of experience in passenger and freight rail operations, planning, service design, project management, emergency response and safety plan development and implementation. He has been responsible for service design and operations planning for the largest freight railroad in New Jersey.
