January 2023 – Teresa Stein, PE has joined Envision Consultants, Ltd. (Envision) as its new Vice President of Engineering Services.

As Vice President of Engineering Services based out Envision’s Philadelphia Office at 1600 and JFK Blvd., Ms. Stein plans, directs, coordinates, and budgets related to assigned Federal Government Oversight construction and renovation projects. Ms. Stein will also monitor and control projects through administrative direction of the project team to ensure project activities are completed on schedule and within budget.

A proud Philadelphian, Ms. Stein has over 26 years of specialized management and transportation engineering experience serving the Northeast, Southeast, Mid-West and West Coast providing oversight and technical review services in various roles, planning and construction of major infrastructure projects, engineering design review, and regulatory compliance.

Ms. Stein is a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) with extensive local experience serving the Delaware River Port Authority/PATCO, NJ Transit, the Port Authority of NY & NJ and the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority. Ms. Stein’s national experience includes serving the Federal Transit Administration, the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority and the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority.

Ms. Stein earned her Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Agricultural Engineering from Ohio State University. She is also a member of the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS).
