Envision Consultants, Ltd. (Envision) would like to welcome our newest team members to the firm including Tonia Karoo, Program Management Specialist, Luigi Sebastiani, Construction Manager and Trevor Malaszecki, Project Management Accountant.
Tonia Karoo, Program Management Specialist
Ms. Karoo is a Program Management Specialist with over 22 years of experience in program management, construction management, project/document controls, customer service and information technology. Ms. Karoo thrives as a creative and energetic resource who is client focused with excellent project management skills. Ms. Karoo earned her B.S. in Networking, Security & Administration from Peirce College and her Associates Degree in Applied Sciences from the Community College of Philadelphia.
Luigi Sebastiani, Construction Manager
Mr. Sebastiani is a Construction Manager with 10 years of experience in the construction industry with success in the management of all phases of construction. He has worked on projects in the public and private sectors with a wide range of expertise which includes construction management, program and project management, schedule management, site safety and OSHA compliance, construction administration budgeting/cost controls and inspection. Mr. Sebastiani works in parallel and in sync with project staff to ensure on-time and on-budget project completion. Mr. Sebastiani earned his B.S. in Construction Management from Arizona State University.
Trevor Malaszecki, Project Management Accountant
Mr. Malaszecki is a Project Management Accountant with experience performing document control and office engineer services, supporting the execution of estimates on construction projects, and leveling financial bids. Mr. Malaszecki is proficient in several computer software programs including Microsoft Office/Project, SAP and multiple Oracle programs. Mr. Malaszecki earned his B.S.B. in Management and was a S.B.A.H Member of Widener University’s School of Business Administration Honors Program.
