Mike Siciliano is Vice President of Program and Construction Management services at Envision Consultants, Ltd. Mr. Siciliano is a consummate professional, with more than 40 years of experience in developing a diverse, multi-billion-dollar portfolio of both private- and public-sector projects.

Mr. Siciliano has an extensive, ground-up background in the construction industry, and has been integral to both business development and operational management. His experience includes the management of major commercial, healthcare, technology and industrial projects for both subcontractors and prime contractors. His skills include budget analysis, estimating, bidding and project oversight.  He also has served as the corporate executive in national design-build initiatives and public-private partnerships (P3).

Mr. Siciliano has a B.S. in Political Science from St. Joseph’s University. He also is a member of the Construction Management Association of America and the Philadelphia Area Labor-Management Committee.
