Executive Vice President
Stephen J. Malaszecki is Executive Vice President at Envision Consultants, Ltd. and is responsible for the firm’s CPM scheduling team. He has more than 40 years of experience in project controls, CPM scheduling, risk analysis and construction management, and has applied his knowledge to a host of engineering, design and construction projects.
Mr. Malaszecki leverages his knowledge to help both public and private-sector clients complete complex capital projects on-time and within budget. His clients include the US Army Corps of Engineers, the Federal Transit Administration, the City of Philadelphia, Rowan University, the New Jersey Schools Development Authority, the University of Maryland, NJ Transit, the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, the Denver Regional Transportation District, and the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency, Houston Uptown Metro, among others.
Mr. Malaszecki holds a B.S. in Marketing Management from Holy Family College. As a Certified Oracle® Primavera Trainer, Steve has conducted numerous planning and scheduling training seminars for public and private-sector clients. He is a member of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) and the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).
