Victoria Malaszecki, MBA, PMP is the President & CEO of Envision Consultants, Ltd. With 31 years of experience in management, Ms. Malaszecki leads and directs Envision’s daily operations, and has been integral to the firm’s successful expansion into new markets and service lines, including program and construction management, technology, and public involvement services.

A devoted working principal, Ms. Malaszecki is a leader among her peers and is active in several key industry organizations including the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS), and the American Public Transportation Association (APTA).

Ms. Malaszecki’s portfolio includes serving as key consultant or principal in charge of a multitude of design and construction projects for such clients as the City of Philadelphia, SEPTA, PennDOT, Pennsylvania Turnpike, Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation, PhilaPort, Delaware River Port Authority/PATCO, Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission, Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, NJ Transit, NJ DOT, NJ Turnpike Authority, Federal Railroad Administration, and the Federal Transit Administration.

Ms. Malaszecki holds an MBA from LaSalle University and a B.S. from Thomas Jefferson University. She also chaired the March of Dimes’ Annual Transportation Building and Construction Awards Luncheon for the Delaware Valley area, which has raised millions of dollars for research and initiatives that benefit at-risk infants and children. In addition, Ms. Malaszecki is a sought-after speaker and panelist known for her unique insight into supporting and facilitating on-time, on-budget completion of today’s capital projects.
